摘　　要：目的:观察中药退黄外洗液对白家兔急性毒性试验的影响。方法:中药退黄外洗液以29.6g生药/ml和7.4g生药/m(l为临床剂量的40倍和10倍)给家兔24h内分4次接触完整皮肤和损伤皮肤,用药后分别测量家兔体重,观察皮肤、眼、粘膜、呼吸和中枢神经系统等情况,并作受药部位皮肤组织病理学检查。结果:皮肤用药后,高、低剂量组家兔的外观体征,行为活动,体重和皮肤组织病理学检查与空白对照组无显著差异。结论:本品皮肤给药短期内对家兔无明显毒性,表明临床拟用剂量用于局部或全身皮肤是安全的。Objective： To observe the effects of Chinese Herbal Jaundice-relieving Lotion on skin acute toxicity test in rabbits. Methods： Chinese Herbal Jaundice-relieving Lotion 29.6 g/ml together with 7.4 g/ml crude drug respectively （thus of 40 and 10 times than clinical dosage） was applied separately in 4 times on normal and injured skins of rabbits within 24 hours. The weight of rabbits was measured and the conditions of skin, eyes, mucosa, respiratory and central nervous systems were observed with doing the histopathological test on the site of drug reception. Results： Compared with the control group, there was no obvious difference in appearance, physical sign, activity, weight and skin histopathological test after using drug in the high and low dosage groups. Conclusions： In short period of time, this lotion does not have apparent toxicity on rabbit indicating that the proposed clinical dosage used on partial or entire skin is safe.
