摘  要:建立了输电线路机械震动除冰装置用于地线除冰的数学模型,仿真了从炸药爆炸开始直到除冰结束的整个除冰过程,模拟了爆炸冲击波在覆冰地线上的传播过程,理论上得到了装药量与除冰效果的关系。对于一档500 kV地线,15 mm覆冰,只需要采用震动除冰装置爆破2次基本可完成整档地线的除冰工作。采用0.85 g的爆破填药量,可以取得比0.75 g与0.95 g填药量更好的除冰效果,可实现整档大面积掉冰,不是仅仅依靠爆破时的震动,而是依靠引发地线自身的自激震动将冰震落;而且爆破点可以实现最大的瞬时震幅,利于提高地线除冰效率。the mathematic model of ground lines deicing using mechanical vibration deicing equipment was established, The whole deicing process is simulated from the beginning of the blasting to the end of deicing, the spreading process of the blasting shock wave on the icing ground lines is simulated, The relation of the explosive mass and the deicing effect is obtained theoretically. For one span 500 kV grounding line with 15mm icing thickness, only need to blasting two times by using vibration deicing equipment can basicly complete the deicing work for the entire span. Filling explosive with 0.85 g can get a better deicing effect than 0.79 g or 0.95 g, can realize a large area ice off of whole span, not just rely on blasting vibration, but also rely on their own self-exciting virbration to take ice off; and the bursting point can achieve the maximum instantaneous amplitude, improving the efficiency of grounding line deicing. The effective method for optimizing mechanical vibration deicing equipment is provided.
