摘 要:为了实现电磁体摩擦表面均匀磨损和抗旋转趋势,从电磁制动器制动机理出发,分析了电磁体制动时的工作姿态及其表面磨损情况,提出内侧磁路开槽的非对称设计方法;并利用Ansoft/Maxwell 3D有限元软件仿真优化得到最佳的电磁体非对称结构参数;最后给出对称结构和自主优化设计的非对称结构电磁体磨损对比试验,验证了理论分析的正确性和设计方法优越性。Based on operation mechanism of the electromagnetic brake for vehicles, when the electromagnet being engaged, its work posture and wear were analyzed, an unsymmetrical magnetic circuit design method was presented by slotting in the inside flank of the electromagnet to attain the electromagnet's surface swearing evenly and preventing the revolving tendency. Ansoft/Maxwell 3D software was applied to get the optimized unsymmetrical structure and parameter. Wearing endurance comparison test of symmetrical and autonomous optimal design of unsymmetrical electromagnet showed the correctness of theoretical analysis and the superiority of the proposed method.
