摘 要:在不同过量空气系数、炉膛温度和煤粉细度条件下,通过沉降炉燃烧特性试验,研究了不同煤种以不同比例混合配煤的着火、燃烧、结渣等燃烧特性变化规律及其影响因素。研究表明:(1)配煤中挥发分减少,着火温度逐渐升高,煤粉着火推迟,使得燃尽性变差;(2)配煤的发热量降低,导致着火温度逐渐升高及飞灰含碳量升高;(3)煤粉浓度一定时,煤粉越细越利于着火。Under condition of different coefficient of excess air, temperature in furnace, and fineness of pulverized coal, etc. , through test of combustion chavacters in fallout furnace, the variating regularity of combustion characters, such as ignition, combustion,and slagging etc. , of blended coal obtained from blending different coal sort with different proportioning ratio, as well as their affecting factors have been studied. Study shows that:(1)the volatile matter content in the blended coal has decreased, the ignition temperature being gradually enhanced, the delayed ignition of pulverized coal making the burnup behavior to b.e worsened; (2)the calorific value of blended coal has lowered,leading to ignition temperature to be gradually enhanced,and the unburned combustibles in fly ash to be heightened; (3)the better fineness of pulverized coal is more helpful to ignition under certain concentration of the pulverized coal.
