发电机集电环环火事故分析及预防

摘　　要：对发电机碳刷与集电环接触不良而引发的集电环环火及其导致的发电机大轴灼伤的过程进行了分析,认为碳刷与集电环接触不良引发了局部打火,造成集电环温度升高,励磁电流在碳刷间分配不均,进而导致环火。对此,提出了防止集电环环火事故发生的预防措施。The collector- rings＇ fire accident resulted from bad contact between carbon brushes and collector - rings on the generator and burnt process on main shaft of the generator have been analysed. It is believed that the local sparks resulting from bad contact between carbon brushes and collector - rings make the temperature of collector-rings to be risen,the non- uniform distribution of excitation current among carbon brushes leads further to fire accident on collector - rings, thereby, preventive measures for occurrence of fire accident on collector - rings have been presented.
