摘  要:倾转旋翼机是一种新型直升机,是各航空强国争相研究的航空前沿技术,传动系统作为倾转旋翼机的关键系统,其振动特性对直升机的飞行性能和飞行安全有直接影响。以该型直升机发动机短舱内的传动系统为研究对象,根据其传动结构,采用集中质量法,在考虑时变啮合刚度等因素的情况下,建立了新型直升机传动系统的弯-扭耦合动力学模型和动态响应方程,根据倾转旋翼机的飞行特点,针对其在起降、巡航和过渡三种状态下的旋翼激励对传动系统动态响应进行了数值求解,最后研究了传动系统中齿轮啮合的动载系数的变化特点,得出在过渡状态下系统存在拍振现象的结论。研究工作对倾转旋翼直升机的传动系统的可靠性分析、动态效率分析和动态优化设计等均有重要意义,并为我国新型直升机传动系统的研制奠定基础。Tilt-rotor is a new type of helicopter,which was studied by researchers of many developed countries.Transmission,a key system of a tilt-rotor,has the direct influence on the capability and the security of a tilt-rotor,with its vibration characteristics.Based on the structure of the transmission in the nacelle of a tilt-rotor,a lateral-torsional coupled dynamic model for the transmission including its time-varying mesh stiffness as well as its dynamic response equations were built.Considering the characteristics of the excitation acting on the rotors,the dynamic responses of the transmission in the three flight types: cruise,hover and transition were calculated.Through studying on the various characteristics of dynamic gear coefficient property,a conclusion was obtained that a beat vibration phenomenon exists in the transition mode.The results provided some useful information for analyzing reliability,dynamic efficiency and dynamic optimization of the transmission,and set a foundation for the study and development of the new helicopter transmission system.
