摘 要:基于刚体姿态描述方法一般理论,通过合理简化,建立刚体姿态监测数学模型,并针对船舶主机空气弹簧隔振装置,研究出一种新的输出轴对中姿态实时监测方法,然后通过仿真、实验结果对该方法进行了分析、验证。仿真结果表明姿态监测模型计算误差很小,可被忽略;实验结果表明该方法具备良好的工程应用可行性。A mathematic model of a rigid body's attitude monitoring was proposed based on the generial describing theory of a rigid body's attitude and through reasonable simplification.A new way of output shaft alignment attitude real time monitoring was deduced for a marine main engine air mounting system.Then,this method was analyzed and validated by means of simulations and tests.The simulation results showed that the error of the mathematic model for attitude monitoring was very small and could be ignored.The test results showed that this method had a good feasibility for engineering application.
