摘　　要：城乡要素流动和城乡政策对统筹城乡经济发展有着至关重要的作用。要统筹城乡经济发展,就要从城乡市场资源配置机制、城乡公共产品投入机制、城乡社会保障机制、城乡规划机制等方面入手进行统筹。We believe that both the operation of urban-rural elements and urban-rural policies play a pivotal role in the urban-rural economic development. Therefore, to coordinate the urban-rural economic development, we must begin with the following mechanisms of urban-rual market source distribution, urban-rural public products investment, urban-rural social guarantee, urban-rual plan and so on.
