返乡农民工创业研究——基于SWOT的分析

摘　　要：农民工返乡创业是促进农民工返乡就业和增收的有效方式,也是从根本上解决"三农"问题的重要途径。依据SWOT分析理论和QSPM矩阵决策分析工具,分别对返乡农民工的创业战略进行定性和定量研究,结果表明,农民工创业应采取开拓进取型和发展改进型两种战略,也即农民工应根据自身特点和优势,根据当地资源禀赋和区位优势,有选择地开展农业相关产业经营或延伸服务进行创业。Migrant workers returning home to carve out a career is an effective way to promote the employment of migrant workers and increase their income, and it＇s also an important way to solve ＂Three Rural Issues＂ fundamentally. Based on the SWOT analysis and matrix decision analysis tool-QSPM, qualitative and quantitative research has been done respectively on returned migrant workers＇ strategy of starting a business. We can put forward two choices of strategy： one is SO strategy and the other is WO strategy, which is the migrant workers accord to their own advantages and local resources status to develop the related agricultural industry or extend the agricultural service.
