聚脲涂料在埋地钢制管道防腐及补口中的应用探索

摘　　要：根据Q/SY XQ5—2002《西气东输管道工程现场防腐补口补伤施工及验收规范》中的要求,分析了埋地钢质管道防腐补口材料的种类,比较了各自的优缺点。介绍了新型的防腐和补口材料聚脲涂料,通过试验数据对比可知,这种材料具有良好的理化性能、防腐性能和工艺性能,可以用于钢质管道的防腐和补口。According to requirements of Q/SY XQ5—2002 Coating Repaired Mouth Construction and Acceptance Specification,it analyzed coating repaired mouth material kinds of berried steel pipeline,and compared their merits and demerits.It introduced new type of coating and repaired mouth material of polyurea coatings.Test results showed that this kind of material posses good properties,such as physical,coating and process,and it can be used in coating and repaired mouth of steel pipeline.
