游客行为导向的风景区控制性详细规划初探——以西双版纳孔明山景区为例

摘　　要：以中国云南省西双版纳风景名胜区孔明山景区为例,在严格保护、永续利用的前提下,探讨在风景名胜区控制性详细规划编制中如何从游客行为角度出发,通过对风景名胜区控制性详细规划的内涵和游客行为及其特征的剖析,引导控制性规划中的土地使用、道路交通、景观、环境控制等重要任务的完成,为同时做到风景区保护和游客旅游体验质量的提高找到良好的解决途径,丰富和完善控制性规划的理念和方法.This paper, based on the protection and sustainable development of the national park,makes an indepth analyze of the concept of the regulatory detailed planning of the national park and the characteristics of the tourist behavior. Then,it takes Kongming Mountain scenic spots of Xishuangbanna National Park in Yunnan, China as an example to discuss the method of land-use regulatory, environmental capacity regulatory,landscape regulatory and transportation regulatory under the guidance of the tourist behavior. Finally, a potential method of regulatory detailed planning of scenic spots from the angle of the tourist behavior is put forward in order to promote the further completion of regulatory detailed planning＇s system.
