摘　　要：我国新型农村金融机构是自负盈亏的企业法人,其履行社会责任与否对其自身的可持续发展存在重大的影响。通过对我国新型农村金融机构履行社会责任的行为进行博弈分析,认为:在一次博弈下,新型农村金融机构会采取不履行社会责任的短期行为,但多次长期重复博弈的结果,会促使其自觉履行社会责任。The new type of rural financial institutions are corporate legal persons taking full responsibility for their profits and losses. Whether they will fulfill their social responsibility has a great impact on their own sustainable development. This paper conducts a game theory analysis of the issue and concludes that the financial institutions would take a short-term approach in one-time game, not fulfilling their social responsibility. However, the result of long-term repetitive games will oblige them to perform their social responsibility.
