山东省城市大众生态体育模式的构建与应用

摘　　要：可持续发展与体育生态革命,建立了"人—体育—环境"和谐发展的科学的城市大众生态体育新理念。经过艰辛的生态运动实践,人们逐渐意识到,人类面临的生态环境危机本质上是文化危机,其根源在于我们旧有的价值观念、行为方式、社会政治、经济和文化机制的不合理。在遵循可持续发展、整体优化、市场需求导向、多样性等原则基础上,在山东省城市发展城市生态体育,力求实现体育、文化和城市生态环境的相互协调、相互关怀、共生共融、共同发展,最终在城市居民中树立"生态文明观"。具体从普及山东省城市居民的大众生态意识,建设生态体育课程,科学制定城市与社区生态建设发展纲要,加强城市社区生态体育活动体系的建设,建立体育活动的生态规范等级各层面实现城市大众生态体育的发展。Sustainable development and ecological PE revolution bring with them the new idea of harmonious ＂humans-PE-environment＂ development which finds its expression in the scientific ecological public physical education in the urban areas of Shandong province.After strenuous practice in ecological sports,people begin to realize that the environmental crisis human beings are confronted with is in the nature of cultural crisis that originates from our outmoded values and behaviors,as well as unreasonable social politics, economic and cultural mechanism. It is thus suggested that, under the principles of sustainable development, optimization of totality, market orientation and plurality, it is necessary to construct and execute urban ecological public physical education, to ensure reciprocal coordination, mutual concern, common prosperity and development until at last a totally different idea of ecological civilization is well established among the residents in the urban areas of Shandong province. The specific measures to hope for the development of ecological public physical education include the popularization of ecological consciousness, construction of ecological PE classes, formulation of urban and mtmieipal project in ecological development, establishment and enforcement of ecological PE system, and standardization of ecological sports.
