摘　　要：高校试办高水平运动队是我国多形式、多渠道、多层次培养优秀竞技体育人才的一项重要战略措施。"出口"不畅必然导致"进口"不顺,高校高水平运动员就业是高校高水平运动队可持续发展的重要因素之一。运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等科研方法,对江苏省17所高校的2008届高水平运动员毕业生就业现状进行调查,从社会、高校、高校高水平运动员三个层面,分析了影响运动员就业的因素,并提出了提高和完善就业的对策,为职能部门和运动员如何提高就业率提供参考,以促进高校竞技体育的可持续发展。The crucial guarantee of its persistent development is the employment of the high-standard athletes of colleges and universities.It is serious of employment guarantee because of the impact of financial crisis in 2008.Through the measures of document,expert interview,surveys and statistic calculating,the essay researches on the state of employment of the high-standard athletes of 17 colleges and universities of Jiangsu province,analyzes the affective elements from the dimensions of society,colleges and universities and high - standard athletes themselves and offers some countermeasures which are helpful for employment improving. So the essay gives powerful guidance for the persistent development of the high - standard athletic teams of colleges and universities and a reference for job - hunt of the high - standard athletes.
