云贵高原少数民族传统体育的传承与发展

摘　　要：为了云贵高原少数民族传统体育今后的发展,运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法和个案访谈法等,对云贵高原民族体育的产生与传承进行了调查与分析。结果表明:云贵高原民族传统体育的发展应突出传统文化特色,应实现传统体育文化取向的合理定位;摒弃与弘扬并举,加强少数民族传统体育的整理与重建;回归自然,融入文化,注重开发,促进体育特色旅游跨越式发展;以人为本、以民为本,实现少数民族传统体育的价值重构。By means of literature material, questionnaire survey, personal interviews and mathematical statistic, this paper analyzed the origination and transmission of the traditional ethnic sports in Yurman ＆ Guizhou Plateau. Based on this, the author tries to propose some relevant suggestions and solutions： strengthening ethnic tradition and features, proper development direction, reasonable abandoning or promoting some of their elements, and sorting through and reconstructing its history. Besides ,we shall also develop the ethnic traditional sports tourism in leaps by taking them back to nature and foregrounding their unique cultures. Thus,the value reconstruction of the ethnic sports will be realized by people and for people there.
