五水头孢唑林钠治疗慢性阻塞性肺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：评价五水头孢唑林钠治疗急性期慢性阻塞性肺炎（COPD）的疗效与安全性。方法：用随机对照试验设计，随机分为3组：五水头孢唑林钠组25例，头孢唑林钠组21例，头孢他啶组19例，3组的用法、用量、疗程相同，每日2次，每次静滴2g，疗程7～14d。结果：疗程结束时，五水头孢唑林钠与头孢唑林钠、头孢他啶痊愈率和有效率分别为80．00％，71．43％，47．37％和92．00％，85．71％，63．16％；药物不良反应发生率分别为4．00％，4．76％，5．26％。结论：五水头孢唑林钠治疗慢性阻塞性肺炎，疗效确切，安全性较好。Objective ： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate in the treatment of acute stage of COPD. Methods： A randomized ,controlled clinical trail was carried. A total of 65 patients of COPD were randomly divided into three groups （ trial ：25 cases, control I ： 21 cases, control II ： 19 cases）, were administered intravenously at a dose of 2 g, bid, for 7 to 14 days. Results：At the end of the treatment,the cure rate and effective rate of three group were 80.00% （trial） ,71.43% （control I）, 47. 37% （ control II ） amd 92.00% （trial） ,85.71% （ control I ） ,63.16% （ control II ） respectively. The incidence of adverse drug reaction were 4.00% , 4.76%, 5.26% respectively. Conclusion： The eefazolin sodium pentahydrate had an excellent clinical efficacy and good safety in treating patients with CODP.
