生长调节剂对自由人槭‘冷俊’组培过程中增殖及生根的效应

摘　　要：针对自由人槭组织培养过程中的增殖和生根困难的重要问题,以自由人槭‘冷俊’为试材,运用正交试验研究了生长调节剂对其组培过程中增殖和生根的影响。结果表明:细胞分裂素TDZ对无菌苗增殖效果显著,在MS培养基中添加0.02mg/L的TDZ可有效促进增殖;生长素NAA对无菌苗的生根效果显著,在MS培养基中添加0.1mg/LNAA生根率最高。Proliferation and rooting in maple tree tissue culture were two important steps that influenced the rapid propagation of Acer× freemanii. This paper systematically studied the effects of growth regulator on proliferation and rooting in tissue culture of Acer × freemanii ＂Marmo＂ with orthogonal experiment. The results were as follows：The effects of the cytokinin TDZ was prominent on proliferation of the aseptic plantlets. Medium MS with 0.02mg/L TDZ could promote proliferating effectively. Auxin NAA was significant on rooting of the aseptic plantlets, The highest rooting rate could be induced on Medium MS with 0. 1mg/L NAA.
