摘  要:以幸福树(Radermachera sinica)茎段为外植体,探讨不同植物激素6-BAI、BAI、AA的浓度对幸福树组培快繁的影响,目的是建立一套幸福树离体快繁培养的技术体系。试验结果表明:幸福树的初代培养为培养基MS+6-BA 0.8mg/L+IAA 0.1 mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7.5 g/L,分化培养培养MS+6-BA 0.6g/L+IAA 0.2mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7.5g/L,生根培养为1/2MS+IAA 0.1mg/L+糖30g/L+琼脂7.5g/L,通过正交试验也得出同样的结论。炼苗移栽时,土与蛭石(1:1)基质配比成活率最高,且生长旺盛。Using the stem segment of Radermachera sinica as the explant, this paper probes the effects of phytohormone of different concentration 6--BA, IBA, IAA on proliferation and regeneration of individual plant about cuvette seedling so that explant culture system is setted up in Radermachera sinica sciencally. The results shows that the appropriate medium for first culture is MS+6--BA 0.8mg/L+IAA 0. lmg/L+sugar 30g/L +agar 7.5g/L, the medium of multiplication is MS+6-BA 0. 6g/L+ IBA 0.2mg/L+ sugar 30g/L+ agar 7.5g/L, the medium of rooting is 1/2MS+ IAA 0. lmg/L+ sugar 30g/L+ agar 7.5g/L, and same results is proved through orthogonal test. Basic rate(1:1) in the soil and vermiculite has high survival rate when one is planted after trained seedling.
