摘 要:分别以双酚A型/双酚F型环氧树脂共混物、双酚F型环氧树脂为基料配制耐热型分离膜浇铸用胶粘剂,选择3种增韧剂分别对环氧树脂胶粘剂进行增韧改性.探讨了不同种类增韧剂及增韧剂添加量对胶粘剂冲击强度、玻璃化转变温度、弯曲模量等性能的影响.实验结果表明:3种增韧剂对胶粘剂均有较好的增韧作用,且不损失力学性能;但随体系中增韧剂含量的增加,胶粘剂的耐热性能有所降低.HG-2增韧剂对胶粘剂的增韧效果优良,同时胶粘剂的耐湿热性能较好,在90℃热水中的弯曲模量可达14.2MPa.Epoxy resin adhesive was toughened by three kinds of toughening agents for the preparation of high temperature resistant membrane module. The effects of the type and dosage of the toughening agents on the hardness, pulling shear intensity, impact strength, and glass transition temperature were studied. The flexural modulus of the toughened adhisives in hot water was also investigated in water bath at 90 ℃. The results indicated that the adding of toughening agents improved the toughness of the adhesives, the mechanical properties of the adhesives were maintained, but the Ts of the adhesives declined. The adhesived toughened with HG-2 showed good flexural modulus in hot water, which is 14.2 MPa when tested in 90 ℃ water bath.
