摘　　要：在总结和归纳产业集群相关理论的基础上,首次提出了促进产业集群发展的"核-网-链"互动模式,提倡将培育产业集群内核心企业、构建基于产业集群的区域创新网络和嵌入全球价值链有机地结合起来,促进产业集群快速、健康的发展,并着重将"核-网-链"互动模式应用到我国纺织产业集群的发展研究上.Based on the conclusion and summarization of theories related to industrial clusters, the ＂core-networkchain＂ interaction model is first put forward, that＇s to say that in order to promote the rapid and healthy development of clusters, the cultivation of the core firm in the cluster should be combined with the creation of cluster-oriented regional innovation network, and embedment into the global value chain： As an example, this model is applied on the development of China＇s textile industry clusters.
