摘  要:目的观察红外线治疗对拔甲患者在换药时的疼痛感及伤口愈合时间的影响。方法将154例拔甲患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组在拔甲后创面使用凡士林纱布,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加红外线照射,对两组患者拔甲后去除伤口敷料时伤口与敷料粘连情况进行比较。结果治疗组换药去除伤口敷料时伤口与敷料不易粘连,治疗组换药去除伤口敷料时的疼痛分值低于对照组,治疗组伤口愈合时间及换药次数均少于对照组,两组比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论红外线治疗能减少拔甲伤口与敷料的粘连,减轻患者痛苦。Objective To observe the effect of infrared ray light irradiation on the pain of nail extraction wound during dressing change and the healing time of wound. Methods One hundred and fifty-four patients with nail extraction were randomly divided into two groups: in the study group,whose wound was applied vaseline gauze were used with irradiation for 7 days but without irradiation in the control group. The pain scores of two groups were compared. Two groups were compared with healing time and the times of dressing change. Results In the study group,the rate of conglutination between wound and dressing is lower than in the control group,The pains cores in the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group. The healing time of wound and the times of dressing change in the study group were less than that of the control one (P〈0.01). Conclusion Infrared ray irradiation on nail extraction wound had significant facilitated in reducing the conglutination between wound and dressing. It is effective in relieving pain of nail extraction wound during dressing change by using infrared ray irradiation. The healing time of wound is shorten. The times of dressing change are reduced.
