输尿管镜钬激光治疗上段输尿管结石96例报告

摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜治疗上段输尿管结石的有效性和安全性。方法采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗96例上段输尿管结石,观察碎石的成功率、手术时间、术后住院天数、结石排净时间及术后并发症。结果96例输尿管结石患者一次手术结石粉碎率为95.8%(92例),平均手术时间和术后住院天数分别为(23±13)min及2d,平均结石排净时间为(2.2±1.3)周。术中无输尿管穿孔、撕裂等严重并发症。结论只要能掌握正确的技术,输尿管镜钬激光治疗上段输尿管结石是有效、安全的方法。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ureteroscopie holmium：YAG laser lithotripsy in treatment of proximal ureteral calculil.Methods Uretemscopic holmium：YAG laser lithotripsy was used in 96 patients with proximal ureteral calculi.The successful rate,operation time,hospital time after operation,calculi evacuation time and complication were recorded.Results The successful ratewas 95.8%,average operation time was 23＋13 min,the average hospital time afteroperation was 2 days and the average calculi evacuation duration was 2.2±1.3 weeks.No severe complications such as perforation and laceration of ureter occurred.Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmimium YAG laser lithotdpsy is an effective and safemethod in treatment of proximal ureteral calculil.
