经腹膜后进路腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的手术适应证、方法及疗效。方法回顾分析2002年3月—2008年5月应用腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术治疗39例肾囊肿的临床资料。结果39例手术均获得成功,术中无中转开放手术,无并发症出现,手术时间30～90min(平均55min),术后2～3d(平均2.2d)出院,35例随访1个月～3年,均未复发。结论腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术创伤小,并发症少,恢复快,安全微创有效,可取代传统开放手术。Objective To summarize and discuss by the retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing surgical indications,its methods and effect. Methods Retrospective analysis from March 2004 to March 2008 on the clinical data of application of laparoscopic kidney cyst for the treatment of 39 cases of renal cysts were carried out.Results All the 39 operations were successfully,no transit operation in open surgery,no complications occurred,surgery time is 30 90 min （an average of 55 min）,after 2 3d （an average of 2.2d） discharged from hospital,35 cases were followed up for 1 months to 3 years ,no patient recurred. Conclusion Retroperitoneoscopic unroofing is effective,less complications and rapid recovery,security and effective minimally invasive,and it can replace the conventional open surgery.
