LEEP环切电刀治疗宫颈疾病660例的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析LEEP环切电刀治疗宫颈疾病的临床价值。方法对经妇科检查、宫颈脱落细胞学检查、阴道镜及宫颈活检初步诊断为不同类型宫颈疾病的门诊患者660例采用LEEP手术治疗,切除病变组织或行宫颈锥切,手术标本均送病理学检查;同时观察手术时间、手术出血量及术后疗效。结果LEEP手术治疗宫颈疾病一次成功率为98.5%(650/660),平均手术时间5min,出血量5ml,继发性出血和感染的发生低;手术标本经病理学检查明确诊断。结论LEEP治疗各类宫颈疾病操作简单、安全,手术时间短,出血少,治疗效果佳;且可提供完整的病理标本,对早期诊断宫颈原位癌或微小浸润癌具有极高的临床价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of LEEP in cervical diseases. Methods 660 cases of cervical diseases patients which have been diagonosed by examination or colpscopy were treated with LEEP. Cutting sick tissue or conization have been given histopathological diagnosis. Operation time and hemorrage volume and curative effect were observed. Results 650 cases were cured and curative rate is 98.5%. The average operation time was 5 min and the average hemorrage volume was 5 ml .Rate of sedcondary bleeding and infection is low,and operate specimen was pathologically checked to manifest diagnosis.Conclusion Using of LEEP in therepy of cervical diseases is easy and safe,with short operation time and less hemorrage volume,well curative effect,and can provide full pathological specimen. It has very important value to find early cervical cancer or micro invasive cervical cancer and is an ideal treatment for cervical diseases.
