摘　　要：回顾了2009年上半年我国钛工业的运行情况,介绍了我国钛工业的生产情况和进出口情况,并分析了海绵钛和钛制品的价格走势。总体上看,我国上半年钛行业产量急剧萎缩,海绵钛产量为17 470 t,与上年同期相比下降了38.2%;钛加工材产量为12 648 t,与上年同期相比下降了10.2%。海绵钛和钛加工材的进口量和出口量也均下降,并重新成为海绵钛和钛加工材的净进口国。The operational aspect of China titanium industry in the first half year of 2009 was reviewed. The circumstances of production, imports and exports of China titanium industry were introduced, and the price trends of sponge titanium and titanium mill products were also analyzed. As a whole, China＇s first-half-year outputs of sponge titanium （ 17 470 t） and titanium mill products （ 12 648 t） got a sharp drop, with downward percentage ratios of 38.2% and 10. 2% respectively, compared with the corresponding period of last year. The imports and exports of sponge titanium and titanium mill products were also fell off, and China became the net importer of sponge titanium and titanium mill products once again.
