摘  要:为解决风暴潮漫滩计算缺乏潮间带地形和漫滩资料的困难,提出了基于卫星遥感资料的风暴潮漫滩计算方法:选取不同潮位的高分辨率遥感图像,提取淹水线,将遥感淹水线近似作为等高程线估算潮间带地形,作各遥感淹水线对应时刻的漫滩数值模拟,订正估算的地形,得到潮间带地形资料;将遥感淹水线推算的潮间带地形用于风暴潮模式,作风暴潮漫滩计算,并将遥感淹水线作为漫滩资料,检验计算结果。利用该方法,采用卫星遥感资料作了9615号台风在湛江港风暴潮漫滩的计算和检验。结果表明,数值模拟的漫滩面积与遥感图像误差平均为11.5%,采用该方法进行风暴潮过程的漫滩计算具有实用价值。The lack of topography in littoral zone and flooding data makes storm surge flooding calculation difficult. A new method based on satellite remote sensing data was put forward to resolve this problem. Firstly, the flooding lines were drawn from high resolution satellite sensing images at different tidal levels in typhoon or normal weather. Secondly, the topography in the littoral zone was interpolated from the remote sensing flooding lines taken as the contour lines. And the topography was corrected by making flooding simulation corresponding with the flooding lines. Finally, the corrected topography was used in the storm surge model to make the flooding simulation and the forecast. The result was checked up with the remote sensing flooding lines. Based on this method, the 9615 storm surge flooding calculation in Zhanjiang harbor of China was made with satellite remote sensing data. The arerage error of the flooding area between the simnlation and the satellite remote sensing image is 11.5%,which indicate that this method can be used to calulate the flooding during storm surge.
