摘 要:针对Z16裂缝性断块油藏压裂投产井前期砂堵原因,探讨了压裂过程中易形成多裂缝的机理,研究了该断块油藏防砂堵的工艺技术。实验评价了降滤失剂的降滤效果,结合多裂缝防治确定采用支撑剂段塞技术,通过压裂材料优选和压裂施工参数优化等技术措施,提高了压裂施工成功率。现场应用2口井施工成功,加砂强度为前期压裂加砂强度2倍以上,增产效果明显,为该断块油藏的有效开发提供了技术支撑,研究成果与认识对于类似裂缝性油藏压裂具有借鉴作用。This paper analyzes the reasons for sand plug in the early fracturing process for Z16 fractured fault block reservoir,discusses the mechanism of creating multi-fracture during fracturing process,and studies sand plug prevention technique for this reservoir. The effectiveness of filtrate reducer is evaluated through experiment. It has been decided to use proppant slug for consideration of multi-fracture prevention. The success ratio of fracturing operation has been improved through optimization of fracturing materials and operation parameters. This technique has been successfully applied in 2 wells with sand concentration being over 2 times higher than that of previous fracturing. The stimulation effect is evident. This study provides technical support for effective development of this fault block reservoir and gives a reference to fracturing operation for similar fractured reservoirs.
