摘　　要：塔河缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏开采过程中有24口井出现沥青质堵塞井筒现象,油井无法生产。为此,结合沥青质堵塞物形成机理研究结果,通过分析生产动态特征、产出原油族组分监测分析、活性水乳化试验等,总结了堵塞物形成前后的生产动态变化规律,提出以掺改性稠油为核心的油井解堵、以环空注活性水及地层注水预防沥青质堵塞物形成的综合防治技术,对已出现沥青质堵塞严重的生产井进行了成功的治理,恢复了油井正常生产。Bitumen blockage has occurred in 24 wells during production process in the fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield,resulting in production interruption. This paper studies the mechanism of bitumen precipitation,analyzes production performance,oil ingredient and active water emulsion test,summarizes the variation rule of production performance before and after bitumen precipitation,and proposes an integrated control method which removes oil well blockage by blending modified heavy oil and prevents bitumen precipitation by injecting active water into the annulus and injecting water into the formation. Those production wells with severe bitumen precipitation problems have been successfully cured and resumed normal production.
