摘　　要：SF6电气设备气体检测对安全生产有重要意义,在列举了现场利用SF6气相色谱分析法对SF6设备内气体组分进行检测实例的基础上,分析了各气体组分的产生原因,提出了SF6设备故障的检测原则及维护管理的建议。This article lists a lot of the scene using SF6 gas chromatography analysis of the SF6 gas equipment to detect components of the examples, analysis of the causes of gas components, made the detection of SF6 equipment failures and maintenance of the principles of management.
