摘  要:用不同分子量、不同浓度的聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)溶液在人造岩心上进行较系统的驱油实验,结果表明:(1)分子量越高,或浓度越大,溶液的增粘性就越强,驱油效率也越高;(2)当分子量和溶液粘度相同时,驱油效率随残余阻力系数的增加而提高;(3)当注入溶液的孔隙体积一样时,每吨聚合物的增油量随溶液浓度的增加而下降。以岩心做的驱油效率实验为基础,用简便方法优选出适合河南油田的聚合物分子量为1430万,用量为320PV·mg/L。在河南油田面积为3.01km2的聚合物驱矿场先导试验中,经三年零二个月的试验,全区增油4.85×104t,提高采收率9.19%,每吨聚合物增油210t,取得了很好的经济效益。Series of experiments with solution of polyacry lamide having different molecular weight and different concentration in a man made core show that (1) the greater the molecular weight or the concentration is,the greater the solution viscosity is and the higher the oil displacement efficiency is; (2) while the molecular weight and the solution concentration are constant,oil displacement efficiency increases with the increasing of residual resistance factor;(3) in the case of the same solution volume injected, the oil production increment per ton polymer reduces with the increasing of solution concentration. Based on the oil displacement efficiency experiment with a core,a simple way is used to screen out the polymer molecular weight (1430×10 4) and quantity (320mg/L×PV) suitable for Henan oilfield. In the polymer flooding field pilot test lasting 3 years and 2 monthes in Henan oilfield, test area is 3.01 km 2; oil production increased by 4.85×10 4 ton ; oil recovery enhanced by 9.19%, oil production increased by 217 ton per ton polymer;good economic benefit has been obtained.
