摘 要:针对浅海埕岛油田的地质特征,研究适合海上的采油工艺,确定定向井采用二次抛物线中“直—增—稳”三段井身剖面;防砂工艺选用绕丝筛管砾石充填防砂、双层绕丝管防砂、不锈钢金属棉防砂三种防砂技术,产量稳定,含砂量小于0.01%,达到较理想的防砂效果;举升工艺采取自喷、螺杆泵、电潜泵相结合的方式,并设计了一套适合埕岛油田生产条件的生产管柱和配套工具;对毛细管测压技术和永久式电子测压技术也进行了详细介绍。上述工艺措施的实施,有效地提高油井产能,延长油井免修期,对其它浅海油田有一定的参考价值。To counter the geological characteristic of shallow sea (Chengdao) oilfield, production technique suitable for offshore is researched. The directional well adopted parabolic “straight build up stabilization” triple interval well profile; Sand control technique selected winding screen gravel packing, double layer winding tube and stainless metal fibre. There is stable production, sand cut is less than 0.01%, it reaches more ideal effect for sand control; Lift technology used screw pump combination of flowing, screw pump and electric submersible pump, a set of production tubing string and complete tools suited to production conditions of Chengdao oilfield has been designed; The paper presents pressure measuring technique by capillary and permanent electron in detail. Performing above technological measures, well productivity is effectively improved, well workover free period is prolonged. It is of certain reference significance to other shallow sea oilfileds.
