摘　　要：文章结合绕阳河干流防洪工程冬季施工的实际,介绍了冬季筑堤的工艺流程、施工时机的选择、施工机械的选择与配套组合以及土堤填筑方法,总结了冬季筑堤的施工技术。Combined with practical construction of Raoyang river main stream flood control project in winter,the paper introduces the technological process,time interval selection,machinery selection and supplemental combination of embankment construction and method of earth embankment construction in winter,then summarizes the construction techniques of embankment in winter.
