摘　　要：基于GIS的空间基础地理数据主要来源于各种地图,是通过对地图深度编辑加工获得的,但这些数据又为其他地图的编制提供了充足的数据源,并带来诸多便利,特别是在内容要素的选取及图形编辑等方面提供了捷径,有效地提高了地图编制的效率与质量。本文介绍了采用GIS数据进行普通地图与专题地图编制的方法。All kind of maps are the mainly source of spatial basic geographical data,which is achieved by farther editing and manipulating on the maps.And these data can provide abundant data resource for other maps.It also can give us convenience especially for element selection and figure edition.Furthermore it improves efficiency and quality with map making.This paper introduces the method of making normal map and thematic map for using GIS data.
