摘  要:分别采用四指数表达式拟合的方法和数值计算求解双RLC人体静电放电(ESD)模型的方法得到了符合标准要求的ESD电流波形,计算这两种方法下各自的放电电荷量和放电电阻消耗的能量;测量空气式和接触式两种ESD模式下的放电电流波形,并分别计算放电电荷量和能量情况;通过比较得出,放电电荷量和放电电阻消耗的能量都能够超过放电前的3/4,用数值拟合的电流波形虽能满足四个关键参数的要求,但其它部分电流值偏大。In order to obtain the waveform of ESD current according to the standard, four-exponential expression and solution of dual-RLC human ESD model with numerical method are employed respectively. And with the waveform, quantity of charge in discharge and energy absorbed by the discharge resistance are calculated. Both air discharge method and contact discharge method are used to measure the waveform of discharge current, followed by calculating the quantity of charge and energy in discharge. The different results above are compared with each other, and it is found that both the quantity of charge in discharge and energy absorbed by the discharge resistance are respectively more than three-fourths of that before discharge. The waveform of discharge current obtained with numerical method reaches the standard requirements of four key parameters and the rest of the waveform is probably incorrect.
