摘　　要：利用QuikSCAT卫星散射计2003年1月—2008年12月中国海6a的数据,采用经验正交(EOF)方法,对中国海海面风场的时空特征进行分析。研究表明,第一模态占总比例的72.31%,说明影响中国海风速偏差的主要因素是东亚季风。Based on QuikSCAT scatterometer data, a 6 years dataset from Jan, 2003 to Dec, 2008 over the China sea was given. This article analyzed the temporal and spatial characteristic of the China sea with EOF method. The result showed that the first mode took over 72.31 percent. In other words, east Asia monsoon is primary fact in impacting the China sea wind speed bias.
