摘　　要：2009年8月10日,为纪念中国与巴西建交35周年,中国社会科学院拉丁美洲研究所巴西研究中心与巴西驻中国大使馆联合举办的"世界新格局下的中巴战略伙伴关系——纪念中巴建交35周年"研讨会在拉美所会议室召开,拉美所所长郑秉文与拉美所国际关系室主任、拉美所巴西研究中心副主任贺双荣共同主持了会议。来自国家有关部门、研究机构、高等院校、新闻媒体以及巴西驻华使馆、巴西企业驻华机构的共70余位代表出席了会议,就中巴关系35年回顾、中巴关系现状与发展机遇、国际制度的变革与新兴大国的崛起等问题进行了深入研讨和沟通。与会代表还表示,中巴关系的迅速发展及良好前景将为拉美所巴西研究中心提供更大的发展空间和机遇。巴西研究中心希望进一步加强对外合作,在政府、企业和学术界之间架起一座桥梁,共同推动中巴关系的发展。本刊特设此专题,以反映这次研讨会的思想成果。In commemoration of the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Brazil,the Center for Brazilian Studies(CBS)at the Institute of Latin American Studies,CASS,and the Embassy of Brazil in China jointly held at ILAS on August 10,2009 the seminar on the Sino-Brazilian Strategic Partnership in a New World Structure.It attracted over seventy participants,including government officials,scholars,reporters and those from Brazilian enterprises,who reviewed the Sino-Brazilian relations in the past thirty five years,analyzed opportunities and challenges for further developing the relations,and discussed the transformation of international regimes and the rise of emerging powers.Mr.Chen Duqing,CBS Director and Former Chinese Ambassador to Brazil,pointed out that the partnership is of remarkable significance in cementing the unity of developing countries,boosting the cooperation between Asia and Latin America,and pushing the settlement of global issues.Mr.Clodoaldo Hugueney Filho,Brazilian Ambassador to China,asserted that as emerging powers,China and Brazil are in a position to impose unprecedented influences over global affairs by consolidating their partnership.According to Prof.Wu Baiyi,Deputy Director of the Institute of Latin American Studies and CBS Executive Director,China and Brazil should take the responsibility of exploring a fresh model for the rise of emerging powers.
