摘　　要：比较干式拉丝和湿式拉丝的优缺点。介绍塔轮立式干粉拉丝机的特点及适用范围:既保留了湿式拉丝机的优点,又使干式拉丝的优越性得以体现,特别适合拉拔细钢丝和特细钢丝。设计塔轮立式干粉拉丝机时,要遵循单位时间内经过各道拉丝模的钢丝体积流量相等的原理,并利用此原则列出计算方法;采用无级调速器的传动方式,既可满足生产不同规格钢丝的需求,又可降低配模要求;为减少拉丝模孔的磨损和功率的损耗,一般取滑动系数τ为1.03～1.05;为保证冷却效果,拉丝模、塔轮使用水冷方式。To compare the advantages and disadvantages of dry and wet wire drawing machine. The characteristics and application scope of vertical cone pulley dry powder wire drawing machine are introduced, that is： not only remains the advantages of wet wire drawing machine, but also reflects the superiority of dry type wire drawing machine, especially suitable to draw fine wire and extra-fine steel wire. When vertical cone pulley dry powder wire drawing machine is designed, the principle of volume flow of steel wire passing through each wire drawing die being equal must be followed, and make use of the principle to list calculation method. Adopting stepless speed adjusting gear driving mode can satisfy the demands to produce different spee steel wire and reduce the requirements of dies arrangement. The slip coefficient was taken as 1.03 - 1.05 for reducing abrasion and power consumption; the wire drawing dies and cone pulley use water cooling mode for ensuring cooling efficiency.
