摘　　要：压实股钢丝绳具有破断力高、耐磨损、使用寿命长等特点,应用范围越来越广。压实股钢丝绳有模拉、辊拉、辊轧和锻打等多种生产方法。辊拉法效率最高,国外用得较普遍,用双Y型轧机生产就是其中的一种方法。双Y型轧机由6片硬质合金轧辊构成,可从6个方向将钢丝绳股压实,压实的股径范围宽,调节精度高,绳股减径率在10%～11%,硬质合金的轧辊使轧机寿命延长,在多个钢丝绳厂得到应用。The compact wire rope has the characteristic of high breakage force, wear resistance and long lifetime, And its applied scope is getting wide. The compact wire rope has many production ways such as die-drawing, roller-drawing, rollerrolling and forging etc. The efficiency of roller-drawing is the highest, and it is wide adopted in abroad, of which is Y-type rolling machine. Double Y-type roiling machine is made up of six cemented carbide rollers, which can compact the wire rope strand from six directions, compacted strand diameter has a wide scope, high adjusting precision, the scope of rope and strand size-reducing rate is from 10% to 1 1%. The cemented carbide roller can prolong the life of rolling machine, and it has been applied to many wire rope factories.
