摘　　要：采用天然二氧化锰、豆油、苯甲酸、松香等原料制备了新型有机金属催干剂,能完全替代钴、铅等传统催干剂而单独用于涂料中。讨论了反应温度、反应时间对催干剂性能的影响,以及催干剂用量对醇酸调合漆干燥性能和贮存稳定性等的影响。试验结果表明:该催干剂工艺稳定、操作方便、性能优良、综合效益显著。A novel drier prepared with natural manganese dioxide,bean oil,benzoic acid and rosin etc.can completely replace some traditional driers including cobalt and lead driers and be used alone.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,etc.On the property of the drier,and the drier's dosage on drying property and stonage stability of alkyd ready-mixed paint were discussed.The results showed that the process was stable,easy operation and have remarkable economic and social benefit.
