摘　　要：T8115B型专用镗床专门用于汽车拖拉机连杆轴瓦的镗削加工,主电机采用双速电机拖动,由于容量在3 KW以下,可直接利用万能转换开关控制电机的高低速和正反转,以便减少机床的机械变速机构.由于床身较长,采用固定按钮站和移动悬挂式按钮站实现两地控制,方便镗削加工操作.T8115B boring machine is specially used in the boring machining of connecting rod bearings of automobile and tractors.Its main motor is double speed motor whose electric capacitance is below 3KW,so the universal switch can be directly used to control the speed and rotation of the motor to reduce the variable speed mechanism.Because of the long machine tool,the fixed utton and moving hanging butten are applied to realize remote and local control,which makes boring process convenient.
