阅兵村媒介生物性疾病风险评估及防治对策

摘　　要：目的了解国庆首都阅兵部队集结地域重要媒介生物种群本底情况,分析评估媒介生物性疾病发生风险,并提出针对性防治措施。方法查阅资料、现场调查及座谈走访等。结果国庆首都阅兵部队集结地域主要媒介生物有蚊、蝇、鼠等,危害较大,有发生流行性出血热、疟疾、流行性乙型脑炎、登革热等媒介生物性传染病疫情的潜在威胁。结论应在搞好环境治理的基础上,分阶段按步骤采取以化学防治为主,辅以物理防治的综合措施,定期评价防治效果,最大限度地控制媒介生物密度,并加强个人防护,防止媒介生物性疾病发生。Objective To grasp the background of species of vector , assess the risk of vector - berne disease and study the stratege of control in the concentrated area of parade. Methods The related documents were collected and analyzed, the species of vector and seasonal population fluctuation were collected by field investigation in the concentrated area of parade. Results The most vector species in the concentrated area of parade are mosquito and housefly, other kind are mouse, cockroach, acarid, tick and flea. So the risk of vector - borne disease such as hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome （HFRS）, malaria , Japanese encephalitis and gengue fever could be potential during training for parade. Conclusion In order to prevent the vector - borne disease we should base on environmental management , take chemical insecticide and physical measures to kill vector , at the same time shuld emphasize personal protection.
