摘　　要：高校图书馆实行全开架管理模式是现代图书馆的一大趋势,这种管理方式使封闭的藏书得到更好的开发和利用,但同时它也存在着一些不足,需要在实践中不断地发展和完善。笔者就图书馆全开架服务的优越性、存在的问题以及对策,进行了探讨。University Library to implement the whole open - shelf management mode is a major trend in modem libraries. This management approach to a closed collection is to be better developed and utilized, but there are also some shortcomings which need to be practice constantly developed and refined. The witer＇ s library -wide open -shelf service superiority, problems and eoumntermcasures are talked about.
