摘　　要：我国农村公共产品供给的现状不容乐观,存在着供给短缺,供给有失公平,供给效率和质量低下等问题。应通过乡镇机构改革,提升乡镇政府提供公共产品能力。Summary of the essay： China＇s status of the supply of public goods in rural areas can not be optimistic;there are many problems such as supply shortages,unfair supply,inefficient and low-quality supply.On the basis of analyzing the factors of the township government for the insufficiency of effective supply of public goods in rural areas,this paper produced that we should enhance the capacity for the township government to provide public goods through the township institutional reform,.
