遥感技术在界河沿岸环境与护岸工程分布调查中的应用

摘　　要：在中俄界河塌岸灾害监测工作中,利用遥感技术手段对界河两岸两个不同时期的正摄影像数据进行对比分析。利用3S软件得出近年来黑龙江流域两岸塌岸、淤积的具体面积,以此来为我国国土流失做出客观、科学的分析与统计。并通过遥感解译现有护岸工程对水土保持所起的作用,为科学合理规划将来的护岸工程项目建设提供科学依据。In the supervision of collapsing of Sino -Russia boundary river,comparison and analysis of the orthoimage of the both sides of boardary river with different phases by using RST are presented. The situations of bank collapsing and silting up area in Heilongjiang valley in recent years are gained by using 3S softwares. So the objective and scientific statistic and analysis of our land loss may be achieved. Throught RS explanation, the role of current band protection object for water and soil conservation is cleared.
