摘　　要：通过对中国海洋渔民风险承担及社会保障状况的分析,结合中国的政策、国情与实践,提出由社会保险、商业保险和互助保险等方式共同构建和完善中国全方位、多元、规范的社会化混合性海洋渔民社会保障体系的建议。The marine fisherman risk-burden and social security situations in China were analyzed,the policies,history and practices of the marine fisherman social security in China were reviewed and seen about,and suggestion about how to develop efficiently multidirectional,diversified and normalized,socialized and hybrid marine fisherman social security system in China based on the social insurance,commercial insurance and mutual insurance was put forwarded in this paper.
