促进中国城市社区发展的三维结构分析

摘　　要：中国传统城市社区发展模式是政府、居委会、居民三主体单向度的,存在居委会角色混淆、可持续发展不足、过程意义缺失等问题。为此,引入专业社会工作机构,以居民为核心建构四主体三维框架,在循环互动中促进社区的持续发展。China＇ s traditional mode of development of urban communities is of the single dimension of three mains including the government, the neighborhood committee and the residents. There are problems such as confusion of the neighborhood com- mittee＇ s role, lacks of sustainable development, missing of sig- nificanee of process etc. So taking the residents as the core, the paper introduced professional social work agencies to construct the three-dimensional framework of four mains so as to promote the sustainable development of communities in the cycle interac- tion.
