摘　　要：无所不在的马太效应对高职高专院校办刊工作的各个方面都有着广泛而深远的影响,并逐步呈现出劣势积累的态势。本文着眼于高职高专院校学报办刊工作的现状,就马太效应对稿源、对编辑工作、对审稿活动、对读者的影响等进行重点阐述,并对如何弱化马太效应消极影响提出了若干应对措施。The ubiquitous Matthew Effect has extensive and far-reaching impact on various aspects of the running of journals in the higher vocational colleges, and gradually showing a trend of accumulated disadvantage. Based on the present situation of the running of journals in the higher vocational colleges, this paper analyses influences of the matthew effect from four aspects： the influence of the matthew effect in the journal manuscript source, the influence on the editing work, the influence on the proofreading, the influence on the readers, putting forward some countermeasures on how to weaken the negative impact of Matthew Effect.
