摘　　要：北美殖民早期印第安人与白人贸易中,酒类贸易占有很大比重。酒类贸易的发展在印第安人社会内部引起巨大的酒害。面对严重的酒害,印第安人民间和官方采取一系列禁酒的措施,并取得一些成绩。白人对此态度模糊,一切皆以自身利益为准。通过对印第安人禁酒措施和结果的探究,从印第安人自己的文化角度考察近代以来西方基督教文化与美洲印第安文化的撞击及近代殖民主义的罪恶。Wine Trade took up a large part of trade between Native Americans and the White during early colonial period. It was wine trade that caused serious hazard in Native American societies. Native American took a series of measures to Temperance from both folk and official, when they were facing the serious hazard. To some extent, they succeeded. However, the White holds obscure attitudes toward this. It＇s their own interest that decides what they do. Through studying Native American Temperance, we could learn to see culture bump between Native American and the Whites from Native American＇s view. We could learn the colony＇s evil as well.
