摘　　要：本文通过问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,对福建省健身中心健美操指导员发展现状进行调查,在此基础上对健美操指导员的社会需求特征进行研究,提出了福建省健身中心健美操指导员的人才培养目标。This article investigated the development of aerobics fitness instructor to Fujian province fitness center by using the questionnaire survey procedure, mathematical statistics and so on, based on the present situation, research the social characteristics of aerobics instructor demand, and proposes the aerobics instructor＇s personnel training goal in fitness center of Fujian province.
