摘  要:目的:优选蜂房总黄酮化合物的提取工艺。方法:以蜂房总黄酮化合物的提取率为指标,选用L9(34)正交实验考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、回流提取时间、回流次数等因素对蜂房总黄酮化合物的影响,并对正交实验结果进行验证。结果:影响蜂房总黄酮化合物得率的最主要因素是回流提取次数,其次为乙醇浓度;最佳提取工艺为15倍量95%的乙醇溶液,回流3次,每次1h。结论:优选工艺合理、稳定、重现性好。Objective:To establish the extraction technology of total flavonoids in Nidus vespae.Methods:The L9 (3^4)orthogonal test was employed to evaluate the effects among the concentration of ethanol ,the volume, the time of extraction and the times on the extracted rate of the total flavonoids, and the result was tested.Results:The most important factor affected the extracted rate of the flavonoids was the times of extraction,the next was concentration of ethanol.The optimum extraction technology was 15times the volume of 95% ethanol with the extraction time lh and 3 times on the extracted rate of the total flavonoids.Conclusion:The extraction technology is stable and reasonable.
